I am wondering if you'll give refunds to the people who absolutely hate what you just did with the Warlords update? Myself included... What did you do to the game I loved, Ubisoft? Do you even care? I spent since day one, grinding everything I could, working towards maxing out and getting the best gear. Now everything I worked for is garbage, just like your game. Thanks for letting me spend the little bit of extra money I had on this refuse of a 'DLC'. YOu changed the entireity of the game. Refund my money, please...

No they took your money,and you have to deal with it if you are on pc. Personally just take this as a stepping stone to never trust this company, and to stop pre ordering from ubisoft. Technically I am on your side, but we were all idiots to think that massive would actually produce good working content, or even just something that is playable. Just in the future remember this, and do not purchase the a single thing from massive again. They tanked this entire release. Although fanboy are going to come and hate on you, and your thread since you are just one of the thousands of complainers. Eventhough there are thousands of us, and hundreds of them. You think massive would listen, but the operative word here is "think" which no thought was really put into this expansion at all.

Within the first 48h; if you purchased through PSN file for a refund through the customer service chat. Tell them the game is broken at launch and that you can’t even complete the first mission....they will refund your money for the DLC; but if you purchase the main game at the $2.99 discount price....you are stuck with that.

i can tell you that you will probably not get your money back ... maybe for the warlords expansion... but the moral of this should be not to ever buy a game from ubi again. I uninstalled the Division 2 after having a few houndred hours in it and i won't buy another ubi title again.
