Why wouldn’t they? They included all the DLCs for Div1 in the season pass....So there’s that.

Let's say you're right (even you aren't though) You think they would make a massive (pun obviously intended) expansion like WONY for "free" I've spent 875 hours in this game and would happily pay for more content. Money invested/playtime ratio is great for me. If it isn't for you and you feel so strongly about it why dont you just move on, there are so many games out there..even free to play ones.

After the debacle that was Division 1? Yes I do. Because that game killed any good will they had which is why they promised the expansions for free in the first place.

And you can stop with the cheap references, I have been a subscriber to Uplay+ since launch so I get access to the expansion for free any way. I own the Division 1 & 2 Ultimate editions on both PS4 and PC, as well as every Assassin's Creed and Far Cry game on PS4. This isn't about wanting something for free because I'm cheap, this is about companies delivering what they promised.

Logic and common sense, along with reality elude these people....many of whom are paid by Ubisoft to troll these forums; paid to denigrate and belittle anyone who dares to stand up to Ubisoft’s shady dealings.

And that my good sir is tantamount to Defamation.

And you are talking about class action lawsuits against Ubi, be careful people can sue for Defamation quite easily.That includes forum members and Ubi themselves.
