Notice how they both say and more, implying everything from year 1 was included.
So take your own advice and run along since you clearly don't know what you are talking about.

    Iv'e read and understood both.

So where do they say Warlords of New York.

Justify this next, a Kotaku article where all expansions were to be free to all players.

You will lose this argument no matter how hard you try not too, all the evidence is on my side. All you have is blinders on.

    In case you can't figure out how to click the link, here's the pertinent info for you;
"Shortly after the various editions were made available, fans spotted some odd things in the fine print. The first one concerns Ubisoft’s previous announcement that all of The Division 2’s expansions would be free for all players. That’s still the case, but there now appears to be a way to pay to access them earlier. Second, the three most expensive of the six editions on sale include an enticing in-game perk: players who pay up will get an expanded item stash, which will let them store more items than players who buy the lesser, cheaper editions of the game."

From that exact article i'll copy paste their own words.

Ubisoft is still saying that The Division 2’s episodic expansions will be free, Notice they say Episodic ie: episodes. so again where in there does it say Warlords of New York.

They are talking about Episodes they even said it themselves in that article.

Seems to me you are presuming.

From your link, Ubisoft is still saying that The Division 2’s episodic expansions will be free, but those who buy the game’s Year One Pass will get access to them—or to parts of them (it’s confusing)—a week early.

This is just for the year one content, episodes 1-3. WONY isn't episodes 1-3. Yes it not March the 14th yet but year one content ended with episode 3.

Let's say you're right (even you aren't though) You think they would make a massive (pun obviously intended) expansion like WONY for "free" I've spent 875 hours in this game and would happily pay for more content. Money invested/playtime ratio is great for me. If it isn't for you and you feel so strongly about it why dont you just move on, there are so many games out there..even free to play ones.

No one should ever buy Ubisoft's games. They don't respect buyers. How can I pre-order DLC, if on the day of release they make a discount on it? And this DLC is inoperative and kills all interest in the game. Again.

Logic and common sense, along with reality elude these people....many of whom are paid by Ubisoft to troll these forums; paid to denigrate and belittle anyone who dares to stand up to Ubisoft’s shady dealings.

The fact that the DLC was released for a fee, 11 days before the end of Season Pass 1....is enough to trigger a class action lawsuit. The fact that, as you quoted, Ubisoft stated very clearly that ALL expanded content for D2 would be free and included is another point that would trigger a class action.

You are in fact right in your conclusions....and if someone with deep pockets is willing to file...I would be happy to sign on.

But let’s be honest....Ubisoft knew when they dropped the price to $2.99 that they were going to use the catch22 of the dlc to add money back into the game....this was an orchestrated and strategic move on their part to lock new buyers into shelling out more money for the dlc.

Do not be surprised when Ubisoft hits everyone with a Year 2 pass in 12 days.....I’ll damn near bet on it.

    Doc
