What part of this makes it sound like something not included would be released during the first year?

What part of "all Year 1 episodes" is not explicit to you?

That's exactly what you got.All episodes/assignments/specializations (early access ) cosmetics/activities and the fall of DC.

Nowhere in that does it say New York or Warlords.

If you are talking about NYC and Warlords that's not an Episode that's a separate DLC/Expansion

How about you read what comes with it and it says Episodes 1-3.

An updated web-page is not the same as the actual packaging that stated all Year 1 episodes as well as raids, plural. Which we also means we also most likely got screwed out of the second raid.

I didn't say I was going to file a suit, but quantifying damages would be super easy, the cost of the expansion that by release date should have been included in the Year 1 pass. You can be a shill/Stan all you want but Ubi is wrong here no matter how you and your fellow "senior members" try and twist it.

Yeah so cheap I paid $240 to buy the Ultimate edition twice, once for PS4 and again for PC. I know what I paid for, I paid for all year 1 content.

Notice how they both say and more, implying everything from year 1 was included.
So take your own advice and run along since you clearly don't know what you are talking about.
