Same problem as many others, I finally got 1 of them to work after 15 relogs. Still no luck with the other 3 community members after about 30 varies attempts.

Same here been logging in and out and still not able to

Had (and still have) the same issue. None of the community leaders would talk. Tried relogging, resetting the router, restarting the pc, fast travelling between safe houses about 20 times. Then I died trying to capture a control point, respawned @ the food bank safe house, magically, the leader TALKED! Fast travelled to another one right away, it stopped working again. I don't mean to cause a mass suicide party but now I got one branch of the story available!

Massive did state that the JTF were less than friendly to agents now but some of those JTF are taking that stance just a little too far 😒

all i hear is whining about...thats sad. just keep calm guys. i finished all 4 Leaders and can now kill Keena :3 that prove, not everyone has this problem, that prove not all systems are evedient and sometimes there are problems you cant see before a launch. thats just happend. but the way some of you act is poor and emberase me tbh. i allways say, what happend, happend. so if you cry or insult other, it will change nothing! a bit patience and looking arround here and there and the waiting time for the fix is over plus like i said, keep in mind that a lot ppl still could play and finish and thats probably the ppl they just tried and did not wrote mean and emotional stuffie^^ so sleep well and i cross my fingers for you all that you later can play like you want ^-^

So 14 hours after I first reported this and I have only been able to speak to the leader at the Residential building. I've tried doing everything others have said has worked for them and nothing works for me.

Honestly it's understandable why people are complaining even the way they are complaining because this is absolutely not ok. People shouldn't spend 30 bucks and not be able to do pretty much anything in the dlc. I've been trying all day still nothing. Even friends of mine cant STILL. So let these people be hurt and say whatever they want because honestly ubisoft deserves it.

Same issue, has to proceed to the next safehouse. I tried adjusting how close or far I was near him, still no matter how long I pressed the square button(on PS4), he's just sitting there motionless. Please fix soon.
