Can't speak to the community leader in Animal Shelter safe house. | Forums

Same here.

Tried every solution posted here.

- Relogging.
- Fast travelling to another safe house and back.
- Relogging and fast travelling.
- Restarting the game entirely.

None of them worked.

So, being utterly frustrated, I went on and captured every control point in Battery Park. I assaulted every territory control point, rescued every hostage, travelled down and visited all the sewers in the area and then went back to Church again to speak to the leader.

She still won't speak to me.

I really, but really really hoped that the game would be revamped with this dlc and attract a decent player base again but if this situation can be taken as a sign of how the developers approached the dlc, then we may already give up all hope.

PC, can't progress.

Guys, are you perfect in each way? Did you eaven ever work realy or maybe try to create a Game? I do unnderstand why you are mad. but its not ok to flame and insult ubisoft or his workers. Ofc Bugs are annoying but they are a part of each Game. And Ubisoft did show us that they try her best to fix it. So why you just dont calm down a lil bit and enjoy the meantime a anime or maybe try to restart ( that did help for me pretty much ) or other things? Why you are not thankefull that Ubisoft did create such an amazing DLC that we can have more fun all your mimimi is just annyoing. if you hate ubisoft, why you buy the dlc or that game? Ofc probably you all are perfect in each way right? No matter what you guys do, anything is just perfect i am right? Probably not. So keep in mind we all are just Humans and Humans do failures and mashines aswell. Give them just a bit time and be patient, respectfull and a bit nice. Because i am as a real gamer are realy emberased to see some of you acting and whining like this.

I think i found a workaround which woorks 100%.
GO to a safehouse. Answer a Help call and join a random group. Than leave the group instantly fast travel to the same Safehouse and talk to the Community leader.

Let me know if it helps.

Can confirm. Logging in and out 5 times did it for me. On PC.

On PS4 after many attempts I logged out, swapped characters, this one was still in DC. Logged out, swapped to main character in NYC and was able to talk to leader in safe house, though I ended up using the laptop near him.
I think the square maybe in the wrong place so isn't registering, should be at laptop like in DC.

Anyway its working in Animal Shelter now, off to try Residential building safehouse now.

Update, not working in Residential safehouse so am trying the above again.

THere is one Thing more that can you may help. Join a other Player in his Party, complete a Mission and after just fasttravel in a other safehouse and you can speak with the leader. worked for me and some friends fine hope you have luck to <3

+1 same problem here. Cant interact with any NPC ingame

Stay in the safe house until game kicks you for being idle than log back in it worked for me.
