    I submitted a request to transfer far cry 5 to another account over a week ago ...

    And still there is no reply. Can someone here please ask someone to respond to my support request?

    games bought on an account can not be transferred to another account without proof of ownership

    your best bet is contact ubi support over twitter or facebook and provide them with your support ticket number as well as any details on your two ubisoft accounts

    as they will not discuss account or game ownership issues on any open forum like this one
