    DAMAGE REDUCTION PROBLEM

these changes will unbalance the game, some heroes have too much health so this damage reduction is a negative thing to bring in the normal game, let's look for example at the Jiang Jun,

    Health: 145

+ Tough as Nails feat (+25 hp)

+ Bulk up perk (+4 hp for every rep level, +16 hp as total)

    MAX Health: 186

with these low damage punishes Heroes like him will be too advantaged, especially in 4v4.

i really don't think that this Damage change have to change ALL the damage of every hero, there are a lot of heroes that already have a pretty low damage (Cent, Valk, Pk etc etc..) with this change they will be really useless in 1v1. (The Commander in Breach will be a great problem with these low damages)

    RECOVERY CHANGES PROBLEM

Heroes with a good Recovery will be very frustrating to beat in 1v1, Black Prior is one of them, his shield bash was already one of the most safe bash in the game but it was counterable by assassins with their side attacks, now with this high recovery he can't be punished by these side attacks anymore, he can block the incoming attack.

    SUGGESTIONS

    1) Remove the damage reduction because it is pointless

    2) The recovery changes are good but only for some characters, it requires a lot of balancing before the official release.

    PS4 players are doomed

If these changes will pass, then ps4 players will just instinct because of light spam, I'm an overall rep 150 player, and I know what I'm talking about. There's a small amount of people that are capable of parrying 400ms attacks (they're even faster because of a ping, about 333-360ms) and after this rework you'll have to deal with the 300ms spam (I suppose these attacks will be even faster because of a ping). Secondly, we don't have those 60 fps to deal even with 400ms lights. Removing delayed attacks will be just a bad freaking idea, they're used in order to trick people, it's not hurting the gameplay. The thing about stamina and recovery is a good idea though, but light spam is just a thing, that 100 percent guaranteed, will ruin ps4 players gameplay, and because of that they'll abandon this game.

    Testing Grounds Feedback

Ive played a total of 5-6 DOM matches now and I've been playing as JJ. I ended up with 9.5 bars of HP with the bulk up and thick as nails. Yes its alot of health but with the DMG reduction its making fights to carry out rather than just getting ganked and 1 shot. Also its quite hard to exhaust yourself and as a JJ your max punish comes from players running out of stam so for that to happen less the more health and survivability makes him adequate for what his hero is supposed to do. My overall experience with the testing grounds has been positive. I have though come across alot of PK's and light spammers and with that being said they do seem a little bit faster but I think it just goes with getting used to the update. Because u do see the full animation of attacks and the indicator rather than just relying on pure instinct. As for console Im not sure as i play PC but with the new mechanic kinda get a feel for it and see if the light spammers really do have "more" of an advantage then before. As for bashes, Ive had no problem with warlord or BP

I've played about a dozen rounds of 1v1. I absolutely hate the speed and damage changes. The timing is fine as it is, giving players even less time to block is just frustrating. It will not bring more players, but will chase away the ones you have. I fought a few gladiators during those rounds, and it was pretty much impossible to parry their light spam, hell it was hard to even block the light opener and definitely the light chain switching directions - I'm no 2% player or anything, but I could block an onslaught and parry even in live... but not in testing grounds. Absolute frustration.

If you want to help promote offense more, all you need to do is reduce the stamina drain from every damn thing. Feints should not cost so much stamina (why any at all?), getting your heavy blocked should not cost so much stamina, and characters that can hit you for health AND stamina need to pick a lane - health OR stamina not both. What makes the game boring is running out of stamina in three damn strikes - these are hero class warriors, they should have more endurance :-)

Stamina drain is what kills offensive action and forces players to be so defensive. Fix the stamina only and you'll promote more offensive play, less waiting and fretting that you'll get blocked then be powerless for 10 seconds (or get 50 damage boned by a Jorm). You want people to attack more, stop making it so risky in stamina. The direction of trying to beat peoples reflexes is the worst path possible to make things more accessible.

The problem with this game is revenge. Mato, You nailed it. A top 80% gamer can block literally anything if you set your tuning up. Which everybody does now. Personally I’m over rep 220 and the only thing that makes this game not worth playing; and these my last words involving any part of this pile o **** is that it Caters exclusively to people devoid of any intelligent thought. Ex Run away from your team, and get “ganked.” So you can toggle revenge your way out of anything. You can be in a 1v X or a 2v3 etc , have the guy on his last bar then your teammate comes hits the guy one damn time or he blocks..And then your all dead. It’s truely baffling to me how such a good concept of a game is completely wrecked cuz of stupidity. It’s not even in your control, it happens every damn game. So I cheese the f out of it being a converted anime turtle but it’s not fun for me anymore They been f’ing with revenge since day 1. Make lights faster is their solution? More stamina and HP are you fckn kidding...Yay Even More Revenge! Just put your guard to the left since for whatever reason you block everyone else’s attack you’re not locked onto. My God. As for lights Whatever you have the same tool at your disposal and you already figured out what most people do. Conquer, BP, Warlord and Shug will eat them alive. Or any character with hyper armor. There’s has always just been one problem (minus actually finishing a match) with this game. Good luck with these clowns.

For Honor just need a patch for stamina and nothing more. Devs have waste a lot of precious time with damages and delay attacks.

Completely agree. Been playing testing grounds all day and every game has been painfully awful. I was getting destroyed every match by nothing but light spam. Not just orochi and nuxia, but kensei, Valkyrie, conq, EVERYONE. Nothing but lights. So the next games I did the same and destroyed too. It basically became "mashing R1: the game". Why bother with feints, guardbreaks and heavies? I understand that they want it to become more read based defense rather than reaction but if these changes to 300ms happen it will be the end of console play. If I want to spam one button I'll download an idle clicker...
