    Unable to play Co-operative

I've been unable to play Far Cry 5 co-operatively
I've followed all the steps I've come across
    I've checked my connection
    I've port forwarded
I've set the game to run as administator
disabled Skype and Windows Defender Notification icon
and I have completed the starting island unlocking the multiplayer aspect of the game
but I'm unable to enter co-op
in fact I'm not even able to open the social tab in the main menu
all I am met with when trying to join a co-op session with my friend or open the social tab in the main menu is I am greeted with
    "Error: Alberta-FFF0BDC0"

King_Bagel: Hey there and thank you for reaching out about this! Are you able to provide me with that image through a different link? I'm unable to view that one. You could try another side like imgur or flickr!

    Hey King_Bagel.

Thanks for that. This particular error code is known to us with regards to issues playing coop . If you've performed all of the steps contained in our troubleshooting here can I ask you to attach screenshots of your router's port forwarding configuration to a support case here please we can begin to investigate this further for you. Thanks.
