Did you buy the game directly from Steam, or did you purchase a Steam key from another retailer?
In either instance, it sounds as if you may have purchased a Russian copy of the game. If this is not the version you wanted, you'll need to return to your retailer to seek assistance in exchanging it or refunding it. We as Ubisoft cannot assist further if your purchase was made on another storefront or from an external retailer![]()
