Hey, przemaspr1980!
Thanks for getting in touch about this. How are you connecting to your monitor or is it a TV? If it is HDMI, please unplug this and reconnect it to ensure it is connected properly.
Are you running the game in fullscreen or windowed?
Is your graphics card running the latest drivers?
I've got HDMI and RGB connection and it doesn't matter with which the PC is connected. I've got Integrated ATI Radeon 4200HD. I tried reinstalling the drivers but it gave me nothing. It's hard to play the game as it makes your eyes tired after some time. Here is the screenshot of the game with red water and bule grass.

Hey przemaspr1980, have you tried verifying the game files, and then testing after a clean boot? If this is only happening on one PC, then I have a feeling that a background application may be interfering.
I believe I have found the issue, or it's certainly the most likely culprit from my research.Originally Posted by przemaspr1980 Go to original post
First of all, here are the game's system requirements: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000039546/
The video card needs to support Direct X 11. From the research I've done it appears your integrated graphics supports DX 10.1 but not DX 11.
Without official support for this min. requirement, I'm sorry to say we won't be able to offer a solution.
A bit late, but i didnt have this Problem before
My Backuplaptop just has these 2 Cards, deactivating the ATI in Hardwaremanager forced the Game to use the 2D (?) Onboardchip.
Settlers 2 works correct now. (If you need the ATI Power after playing just switch it back on)
