    Can't match make on Xbox, 6-0X00001000

    I've tried everything here:
    https://support.ubisoft.com/en-AU/faqs/36364/Error-code-6-0x00001000-in-Rainbow-Six-Siege-R6S/


    R6:S works on my PC but no on my Xbox. I keep trying to match make but it keeps getting that error message.

    Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Support has "higher than normal" wait times.

    Hey there, GalaKnight! I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving this error code in Rainbow Six Siege! For starters, can you please try clearing the cache on your Xbox One? To do this, please unplug the console from the wall, wait at least two minutes, then plug it back in and restart your game. Thank you!

    I have been having the same problem it's not my xbox or internet because I can access games on a different xbox live account and I emailed support but have not received anything back

    I understand you do not feel this is your connection but we do ask that you also try the troubleshooting steps as it is recommended to still do please.

    I'd love to figure out the fix to this...I get the same error when trying to join a friend's game...it's the ONLY game I have with this issue unfortunately.

    I have already:
    1- Hard reset xbox
    2- Checked NAT
    3- Checked other games
    4- Can play solo games
