    Game not loading,( ANOTHER ONE! )

    Bought on sale from the Xbox store a few days ago, cannot get past the Ubisoft connection screen ( Offline try late ) been trying for days, this is dumb!!!

    And yes I have went through all the help info in the threads.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues connecting to The Division 2 servers. There are no known issues with the servers at this time.

    You mentioned you have went through the help info in the threads.

    Could you please follow all of the connectivity troubleshooting steps in the support article if you haven't already done.

    If you have and the issue persists could you please submit a support ticket with an image of your port forwarding settings and our Support team will assist you further.
