might be just me but it doesn't look anything like the wolve mask.

the cod one looks like a sewn on skull and the bp mask looks like kylo ren.

Cross pollination... no, they look nothing alike. Furthermore one of the main characters in the original COD:Modern Warfare was "Ghost" and he looks exactly like him.

It looks nothing like Ghost.

Fury on the other hand with beta pony tail could be like Mara if you put up similar cloth and tatto on her.

Although camo in Breakpoint looks too bright especially UPC so only woodland or desert version is somewhat achievable

The whole wolf design is a joke. One would except them to be hiding in woods with mud on a face and having ambush mechanic similar to Assassins Creed (Revelations and Rogue) but no, regular enemies with more accuracy, dmg, sci fi halloween suits and android like foorsteps is what we needed for Clancy title...

I mean at least the wolf mask is supposedly a ballistic mask, so it sort of has a purpose, anyone know why they changed Ghost's mask to that paper mache thing?

Old Ghost from MW2 had a normal Skull Balaclava, the new Ghost's mask looks like paper mache.
