Came here looking for this exact issue. ^.^; Had it happen to me twice since the last patch. It's very random as it happened within a 32 hour (game play time) span. Once I had a fire debuff on me and dialog happening just at the elevator going down into the mourge in the CDC mission (Non invaded), the second I had dialog from the Bee Keeper Mission finishing in the tunnel to exit the area. I can hold ALT, and bring up my mouse with no issues, as well I can move it around. I can see the numbers on my HUD moving. IE: Having my turret out the numbers count down for cool down, and I can even hold the button to destroy it early. However, I can not press any buttons (including ESC) to bring up any skills, HUDs. As well as unable to press buttons to change weapons. My character's eyes, and the surrounding environment are still active so the game is not locked up in the entirety, just the input of some sort as if the character/client is suspended somehow or synced with the game. Each time I have had the first Turret (Auto turret deployed, as well as the Chem Launcher with poison gas [Button place is Q for Turret & E for Chem Launcher]) equipped if that should help with anything in finding the bug.

If it helps any, it is on a non 30 character. I have skills at the White House that needs to be learned (If that gives any connection with the bug is unknown but being through on every detail.) Other then skills, and dialog playing on the surface I have not seen any connection between the two lockups.

I have not had the situation come up to see if an enemy could kill me to "fix" this issue, so unaware if that is a possibility or it only happens outside of combat (which both times I was outside of combat.)

Thank you in advance for looking into this issue!

I had this too in the Zoo mission.

The character was completely frozen and I could not use any command, just look around.

Yep, this has happened to me. Rare but it is an issue all the same. Never happened in the 500 hrs or so before the last week or so. Worse thing is I have to go to desktop to quit the game and restart.

Does not sound odd at all I had this happen earlier traversing over a table in hardcore mode.

This has happened to me 5 times in about 2 hours. It is game breaking. Got back into the game with the upcoming expansion but Ubisoft clearly doesn't care about fixing or addressing this so you won't be getting any more of my money. It's amazing how a company can be so bipolar supporting Siege until the end of civilization as we know it, but failing to address game breaking bugs like this.

are you going to address this? Is Ubisoft going to do anything at all or just ignore this game breaking bug. Shame.....the new dlc was looking pretty good. Was all queued up to purchase but this bug has broken my game. 5 occurrences in 2 hours renders this game unplayable. Ubisoft becoming another EA clone right before our very eyes. great job

Another victim here. Of the CTRL parkour animations, I think the one that actually causes this is the one where you character makes a short step up onto a surface vs. the ones where you vault/climb on stuff.

It takes time to fix bugs, or do you think they just delay it to annoy you?
