    Hyperarmor rework

Something needs to be done about hyperarmor, its the best tool when it comes to ganking.

You can swing all day in a gank without a care in the world because nothing can stop you. Hyperarmor lets you go toe to toe with someone in revenge and usually you win because at least one other people is also hitting the guy in revenge.

It punishes every deflect except for berserker and shinobi and lets you trade with with others peoples heavies.
A heros hyperarmor should break when they take a single of hit of 30 damage or more.

My suggestion would be to add a 'armor breaking' effect/ability (not in game like the orange unblockable) in the code to all heavies that do 30 base damage by default without any kind of buff, so kensei side heavies wouldn't work, or light attacks that reach 30 damage, if any can get that kind of damage. This armor breaking ability should also be given to deflects as well.

I don't know if it would be possible to it like that, because i know absolutely nothing about writing code, i assume it could though based on how superior lights work.

I don't think reworking it in the name of revenge makes any sense at all. However, I am interested in potentially seeing what would happen if HA went down after X amount of strikes similar to how old shugoki worked. One hit would still stop attacks from interrupting in most situations but it would prevent people from abusing it when being ganked

I don't know the real number, but I notice that if you parry a interruptitble/hyperarmored attacks, it drains more stamina. furthermore, hyperarmor usually isn't much of a trouble unless I misstep or my ire start settling in.
Revenge is not a go-to kill tool for you, nor it is a "godmode" status that some morons like to dub it. You are not suppose to fight a revenge active, most of the time. If you do, there will be consequences, especially ganking.
in my experience, a cohesive gank squad can kill almost anything but they usually wait out a revenge, it is not that long, just a few seconds. You can rage quit and waste 15 min ban of your life plus the time spent on that aborted session but you cannot wait out a few seconds?
A dumb dumb and stupid gank squad just likely to kill each other.
Correct its not godmode status, but you should be able to beat anyone trading hits with you in revenge mode

What makes you think that? The best tool when it comes to ganking is Gladiator's toe stab followed by Shaman's bleed poke and bite. After them a bash or a GB is an adequate basic gank tool. Hyper armour has almost zero influence on a gank unless your opponent is an idiot and just throws attacks randomly. And if they are throwing attacks out a parry is a lot more devastating than HA. A parry guarrantees your teammate's heavy along with your own punish.

That's quite possibly the stupidest way to engage in a gank since the opponent in revenge can simply GB you or your teammate through your attacks and put you/them on the ground while interrupting the other guy by throwing them at their own teammate. Doing a gank that way is a pretty good way to gift your opponent an easy win.

Consecutive HA only comes from chains and chain finishers. If you can't figure out when it is safe to deflect and when it isn't you deserve to eat damage. Trading with people's heavies, what a crime against humanity.

So you would remove the ability for characters with HA to attack in team fights. Alright, then what do they get as compensation? Because quite a lot of them don't have other moves to use in a team fight because of lack of speed and/or hitboxes. As for deflects, I don't see how it's asking too much for a player to understand when they should use a deflect and when they shouldn't. It's one of those basic skill tests that a player must pass if they want to reap the rewards.

Actually i changed my mind I've lost the will to try and improve this game anymore. The devs dont care about the game why should i?
