I got disconnected by Ubisoft servers and i got a penality in ranked and Lost a lot of % After a lot of hours of grinding, very frustrating! Now i cant take orders and i cant join anything cause the game Say im in party when im not..can you help me? Already restarted, can i recovery my % in ranked?

Regretfully we are unable to remove any temporary sanctions that are placed on accounts.
Do you often get disconnected from the game, or was this an isolated incident?
If you're finding yourself getting disconnected a lot, I would advise going through the steps listed here, especially the part about port forwarding.

My best recommendation for you would be to stay up-to-date with when maintenances are planned for For Honor via our server status website here.
This way, you can avoid this kind of disconnection occurring again in the future
