Apparel on character does not match apparel equipped in apparel screen.

    Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363) , AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8-Core, 32 GB DDR4 Corsair RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB VRAM.

After returning to the game after 292 days away, I improved my graphics settings, chose my original character, and went into the apparel screen after entering the White House. After opening 3 Legacy caches and one normal one, After exiting from the apparel screen, my character's appearance changed to what appears to be the default (no-apparel) outfit. The apparel screen still shows that I've equipped lots of different apparel (https://imgur.com/CSUJVmS).

Is there a known fix for this?

You are using one of the armor sets that overides your separate pieces. Just remove it and they will show.

Hello DrasticAction, welcome to the forums!

After reviewing your screenshot I noticed that you have full Black Tusk outfit equipped, which overrides the rest of your customization, as @Gorr3D mentioned. Unequipping the outfit will result in changing your apparel
