I see loads of players and answer loads of calls for help, on top of that i have no huge wait for missions or bounties raids can be a bit long but that's down to shouts of only experienced players need apply.
And you see chat full of Chinese so it's not dead mind you i don't speak Chinese they may be saying were the f***'s everyone.

Dunno, on PC game seems still populated well enough. Perhaps the issue is levels.

If a player is sub-level 30 and they put a call out for help, do players online but currently playing as Tier 5 for example get that call for help or does it only go to players within their player level band?

    Nope
I FT Green probably 5 or 6 control points each day for loot and the last 10 days or so there's a group of players. Mix of very low level and HGS.

Always finding players in matchmaking on missions no problem, lots of back up requests too.

Seemed to be a lot more people playing at the weekend and on Tuesday after reset on Xbox. Saw lots of players in safe houses and hanging around the helipad at the White House. My clan also had a lot more people on, some new and quite a few returning players which was nice to see as well.

    Yes.

Also bear in mind that what you see in safe houses may vary depending on how busy your particular server is. I've returned to a busy safe house after responding to a call for backup, only to find the safe house empty after switching to a "better" server.

The "Position in Queue" message? Glad I'm not the only one seeing those.
