Actually there are 2 ways to counter the hitokiri :
1) Parry her first attack so she can't start the mix ups

2)at the beginning of the kick animation she doesn't have the hyper armor and you can interrupt her just with 1 light.

Backstep and light attack at the beginning of the combo. Look at Freeze on YouTube. And it is resolved.

I tottaly agree with you. I was enjoying a lot of my favorite characters like conq or lawbringer, but now, I cannot play anything of it cause of hito. There is no counter against her, because if there would be some, I wouldnt play anything else.
Please, nerf Hitokiri.

Its funny how so many people love to bash onto Hitokiri way too much, but they forget characters like Conqueror exist. Her mix-ups are just that, mixups. If you cant defend against the first few attacks, thats your fault.

I think that the Hitokiri don't realy have something to master like crush counter or deflect and i think that it is sad. I simply suggest to add some kind of deflect with her foot just like in Sekiro: the mikiri counter. I want for For Honor just to us the SPAM for all the heros but other things realy cool to try to master. Thank you for reading this.
