This is an issue caused by not finishing a mission properly - most commonly this is Operation Oracle, although it does happen with a couple of others. The simplest solution is to go back and finish the mission properly. In the case of Operation Oracle, you need to go back after leaving Daniel ant the safe house so that you can record his phone calls using your drone. It will help us a lot if you can mention which lines of dialogue are repeating so that we know which mission has caused the issue. I apologise for any grammatical errors in Spanish as this has been run through Google Translate for the translation as I don't speak Spanish.

antoyjose1, I recommend trying gunbladelad's advice by ensuring that you have finished all missions properly. If this does not help, could you please let us know which lines of dialogue are being repeated? As gunbladelad points out, this will help us to work out the mission causing the issue.
