Yeah, would be Nice.
You want an AVS or a helmet. (With real protection value)
You need to kill an enemy with those.
Take from them.
But you'd need to kill him by shooting the legs or arms, head (but you'd damage the helmet.).
And each enemy has different vest's.
But all plate carriers have the same protection value (Level IV plates).
So you'd pick for what you want to wear.
Want grenades? Ammo.
Open the inventory of your enemy and look for it.
Want a new gun
Get from them.
Got an HK 416 with an M68 but want an ACOG you will have to kill an enemy with an ACOG and get it.
This alongside realistic ballistic for the guns.
As in ASR with the same caliber will share damage and penetration values.
Pistols and etc.
And that Nomad has a room in Erewhon in which we can stash the gear we loot around the world and take it as we plan for our missions and all that.
Would even put some utility for Erewhon.
We do know that the engineer class is due with the update, "by the end of February" and that doesn't state for season pass holders only, so means everyone.
We also know some of us are supposed to have the class a wk early. So thats by this Saturday! Or again Ubisoft is full of s'hit!
You just have to look at how successful Tarkov is, and it's all because they want a lot of realism. The weapon customisation is a thing of dreams in that game. So many technical variations are possible, but with Breakpoint, they actually gave us LESS customisation. The armour and helmet system feature classes, the bullets from sporting rounds right up to armour piercing. All of these kinda of elements are what Ghost Recon should have been about, but still in the same format as the current game. Solo play (plus AI if wanted), scavenging, taking down whole bases with strategic planning. Breakpoint is arcade in so many parts.
They should have taken all of the great parts of Wildlands and enchanced with Tarkov style realism. It would be a wonderful game to play.
Have different mags in your vest, some FMJ, some AP. Certain guards would have armour and need AP's, would add more planning to taking down a base. Wolves might need all AP's etc.
Tarkov is such a good game, and it's success (1000% increase in player base in 3 months) because the devs care so much about it. For a small company, they do incredible things. They generate excitement constantly, whereas i've only been given more and more disappointment for the £90 I paid for Breakpoint. I can now buy it for £35, only 5 months later.
I'll only be buying Ubisoft games 5/6 months after release from now on. If it all. I'm sure i'm not the only one thinking this. To be so bad that you can change someone's mind from pre-ordering for the top edition, to only wanting to buy it 6 months after release is incredible.
I predict that just before the end of this month, they will announce that they are delaying the release till May or April. Not expecting much out of UbiParis. Ubisoft has always been silent and very non-communicating with the players when it comes to Ghost Recon. I'm used to it. They were this way 15 years ago, and still this way to this day. Complaining about their communication is a waste of energy. They will not change.
