Dev said that it might take a few day before it's available in some area but it have been 10 days and I still can't buy it. (I think this effected Far East areas)

This is ridiculous. Can you fix it ASAP please. Having customer wait for this long is totally unacceptable.

When you try to purchase the battle pass are you getting an error?
Or is it just not available to purchase?

It's not available. Not on PS4, I try to buy it via PlayStation Store on PC, not available on that either.
