This is how I know none of the new loot in the expansion will be good

UIC15 Mod2, brand new weapon released in episode 3. Lowest rpm in class and lowest damage in class by far. They are so terrified of making a weapon too good that they intentionally make it terrible. Who on the design team thought it would be a good idea to give a Rifle the lowest rpm in class along with the lowest damage in class? I'll buy the new expansion when it drops down to $5 which knowing Ubisoft, will only be about 3 weeks after it releases.

What exactly does episode 3 have to do with the expansion.

If all the loot that came with episode 3 is bad and was made to fit the new kind of loot, why should be people be excited?

Probably the same person who put a timer on an exotic sniper rifle. Hearing how normal the new exotics are has made me also decide to wait for reviews on the expansion before deciding to wait on a sale or not.

Maybe it's a matter if framing in the end. Which sounds better:

    An overpowered weapon getting nerfed

    Or

    An underpowered weapon getting buffed

Same end result, just framed differently. You'll react more negatively towards one than the other, and I can put money on which frame that would be.

Or if they actually tested the stuff they could find a balance for this weapon. Its not like they didnt have months and months and months not to work on this.
