Hello, 2 days have passed and I still do not receive my twich gifts. I watched many live shows, several hours each, and never received anything. I need you to answer me, since I dedicate a lot to the game and I would like to have everything that can be achieved. This system is not to my liking, but still watch all possible streams. The accounts were linked for a long time, but also poor in disconnecting them and synchronizing again. But it seems that it did not work, I need a solution please, I know that these rewards are not achieved on the other hand (something negative for the game). Thank you.

I am in the same boat. I play on PC through the Uplay client. I watched the entire Twitch expansion reveal stream (the official stream, not a hosted stream), which went on for quite a while. I have been waiting and no helmet or weapon skin.
I do have twitch prime, and have used it plenty of times to claim other twitch prime rewards (like those Division 2 sporting themed outfits a while back). During the stream i did check to ensure it was still linked properly.

classic ubisoft / twitch.

I watched it and got everything along with an apparel cache for watching a streamer, that was on division and a random paid to play streamers channel.

I'd read support responses from people in the same region as me and they got told they hadnt watched the right streams, they should have watched ubisoft channel which is support making stuff up to get rid of you and close the case as I've never even visited the official ubi twitch channel.

The R6 events are the exact same if you ever try to collect charms through them, always issues. Warframe have had the same issues in the past as well.

I have the same... watched the Reveal Stream and After Stream... i got nothing of the drops that was advertised

I see that I'm not only one who have problem with last Division 2 twitch drop, I watch from the start to the end and still nothing.
But from For Honor last week I got 2 drops ...

Same here =( cmon guys just give us the mask...specially to us veteran players. I watched the whole stream and nothing =( and yes the uplay account is linked

I joined the queue in NOT receiving the apparel items, my Twitch Prime account was linked before the Warlords of New York reveal, I watched the entire stream and the show after and cannot find the reward anyway. (Playing on PS4)

I was in contact with Ubisoft Support and they said its nothing that can do... which is ********... they can go into seperate accounts and grant stuff... they do it all the time for Youtubers... but us regular people get treated like ****
