When I saw the twitter post go up for that helmet, I made sure I did everything right to get it. But after countless replies back & forth with Ubisoft support, they told me it's because I watched it in private browsing. If I knew this was the case, I would of just left it open on my iPhone in my office. This really sucks, because I really did everything I could to get that drop. I hope you can help me out, because support is useless. They just keep copying & pasting the same generic response they are sending to everyone.

Well i just had a chat with support and finally after some time they noticed more had problems and gonna look into this.

ps. i watched the full stream and the day after also around 5-6 hrs with streamers that had drops on
I contacted support to see what their response was Styxs and this was my response I got back:

Since this isn't actually helpful, it seems Ubisoft just needs to step up and just give everyone playing the game the rewards for drops, then try actually testing features before they're released.Originally Posted by UbiT00n Go to original post

It would be nice if someone would clarify. Not a random user from the internet, but someone from Ubisoft - were these items (the Mask and the Weapon Skin) in the promotion guaranteed drops or lottery drops? Is there maybe an issue with the drop system?
In The Division community we are used to guaranteed, time-based Twitch Drops. That's the system that was used before. Even during Dark Hours Twitch promotion.
Also same here: 10783608 I've received rewards for watching D2 streams on Twitch like the extra outfits without a problem. Ubisoft support page that talks about the subject doesn't mention the words, random rewards on the the page at all. To be honest this cools my heels on buying the expansion before launch as this isn't the best reflection on the game at this point. Hopefully they will work this out to the satisfaction of their customer base.
