Hi,
I was wondering what the community is like these days, i'd like to do the raid one of these days. But i hear stories of people being booted for not having the perfect build for their playstyle. Or not enough DPS by one decimal point. For both the raid and heroics for that matter. People take these things so seriously.
I did most of the game solo, and when i did group it was in dead silence, without even a thank you or a gg at the end, so it doesn't feel promising.
Anyway, just curious. Please let me know.
It's the same as any other game. There will be some who will be picky, and there will be others who are chill. I ran a raid that had two new people a few weeks ago. They were upfront that it was their first time, and were willing to listen to instructions. It took a lot longer, but we managed to complete it in the end.Originally Posted by BattleAxe80_NL Go to original post
There are groups that are toxic, but it is still possible to find players that are willing to work with you. Good luck!Originally Posted by BattleAxe80_NL Go to original post
the global chat is an absolute embarrassment, I'd agree there..The twitch stream with the nice dude with the nails was embarrassing to read as well, part of that's twitch's fault as well for building a community of toxics but I dont doubt the behaviour carries over into this.Originally Posted by Nazwyn Go to original post
I'm at level 20 (something) and was wondering the same thing? I've left due to lack of people involved with this game anymore.
Been playing Breakthrough. When I've called for Help and someone shows up it is a much better game to play. Just wonder if anyone is really playing this anymore despite the sale? I'll check back on this thread later soon.
Is there a site that says how many people are online and playing for co-op modes?
In a raid you have a particular role and sometimes having 1 person not being good enough/who doesnt have a good build will result in not ending the mission, so yes, its normal you get booted out from certain raid or heroic missions. That said, the real game kind of starts at lvl 30, so before that, expect to play mostly alone. Call for backup, you may be joined by someone who wants to carry you.
Edit : community is booming rn. I got in some small queues couple times.
