Some interesting suggestions, but getting rid of the crushing counter on his defensive lights would be painful for HL players. Its probably his most viable move imo, and not to mention when you get good at them, they look so smooth in battle.

Highlander's superior block is almost impossible to use at high level, not really viable but external superior block is pretty good.

but it is a good source of damage and a good defensive move too. if someone throwing a heavy, your crush encounter does more damage that parry->light. And if they feint into gb, they will eat light attack. It's a good tool to throw off an opponent.
+ we have heroes who have dodge attacks and superior blocks and good damage and bashes and something else. Why does HL need to lose superior block in order to get something? He's weak already.

No one asking for remove this tool. I just say at high level, you will never see a player dodge attack against a Highlander. People can do anything against him because it's free parry, hit and easy to escape from. That's why this tool is almost impossible to use but I never say ''remove this tool''.

err... the man you responded to asked for that, where you added that it's not that of a useful tool at higher level. The way things stand now, it's a very useful move, cause if you can it's better to crush encounter than parry a heavy attack (uncancelable dodge-heavy, for example, since it does more damage.

or the guy just feint his heavy attack, your 600ms light who are very slow get parried and you lose 30~40 HP. I know it's useful against noobs who panic dodge attack everytime but I will repeat ''no one do that at high level''. The only thing that can help you, 400ms light in Offensive Form if you are lucky to not get interrupted.

eer... i don't know what you mean by high level, but I watch grand master HL who consistently lands his crush encounters. It's like you're saying that people will fully avoid using dodge attacks or letting heavies fly. If you spam any attack, of course, they will bait it and parry it. With that logic 80% of the tools fighter's have are not useful.

by high level I mean people who are very very good in the game. I'm also curious to see what HL player you watch and if he/she's on PC.
