Improved and Clean UI
I'll be doing a direct comparison to 2 games to better visualize it for some people.
We need a new, clean ui with less clutter and a modern feel to it, and no not the high tech, every detail ui type of stlye.
Im mean, clean small lines, simplistic icons, clean spacing and transparent parts.
Example from my favorite game besides for honor is overwatch, and im sure some of you at ubiosft for honor team have that game, hop on it and join the practice range, look at the ui and play around a bit, now leave and take a look at overwatch 2 gameplay on a video platform to see the cleanness im talking about.
Implementing such changes would give players a better first impression and overall a smoother feel to the game.
Changes
Combat (NEW Settings Tab)
Allows you to change the following, UI scale, Healthbar scale, Revenge Bar scale, Feat scale, Renown bar scale, Guard UI Scale, Brightness of Guard UI(attacks coming at you)
And much more, basically a fully customizeable UI,
Dynamic Scaling (Setting in "Combat")
Feature making your UI scale differently during certain events (Example : Entering combat, UI scales down)
Smooth Settings
Allows you to change some parts of the combat UI, such as indicators to certain presets or guard UI to certain presets, changing the middle part of the guard to some other presets.
Basically give us presets to choose when picking up an UI, somewhat similar to WoW's UI addons, or WoT's customizeable crosshair and detail presets.
Bleeding
Remake the bleeding effect on bars, by making it a clear, bright red with no stopping indicators or whatever are those black lines.
Bar Smoothness
Remake the bar's smoothness, like the bleed effect, make it slowly drain in very small fragments giving it a fluid look, same goes for when damaging an enemy, make the bar glow red then rapidly raining the damaged portion (50 damage[2 bars], they light up and after 1 second they start to drain) allowing for those cool add ups where you just stack their entire health in a damage bar like some games do, you know what i mean, the thing where the damaged portion of your health doesn't just disappear but light up and become bigger and then draining to your current health.
Same goes for stamina.
Healthbar/Energybar/Feats (Settings in "Combat)
Rework the normal pop up above someone's head, make their health smooth with no black bars and reduce the healthbar little movements when moving around, make it more smooth.
- Create a scale option for health bars and add presets as to super detailed ones or a clear white bar
- Create a scale option for the energybar/staminabar and add presets as to super detail ones or a cleaner more better looking one
- Make feats above someone's head, clear to see and without cluttering the details too much, very simplistic icons and a rather flashy indicator that shows when they are off cooldown (like the borders shine red when they are read), also adding a scale feature and a couple of presets.
-Remove as many transparent or opaque black lines around huds and make borders smaller and by adding a scale to them, making them ticker or slimmer.
-Add a revenge bar under the form of filling the now removed black borders with slim glowing orange colour for left to right or vice versa in the settings
Radar
Create a smoother radar that can take the form of a square or circle and have certain detains and simplistic items all tied to presets that you can change.
Damage Numbers
Please remove or give a separate tab for the damage values shown in chat, and give us an option in which actual numbers are thrown off from the enemy when hitting them,
Home UI
It seems that the new battle pass ui shows that they know how to create clean tabs, well i think you know it's time for a clean homepage UI and battle map UI.
And finally,
Reworked UI's (Dominion, Breach, Tribute, Deathmatch, Skirmish, Duels, Brawls and Up Coming Events
Rework the now reworked elements of the ui, such as points in dominion and map point visualizer (point indicator), or in breach, the top thing, make it small and clean as well as for the gate and ram health indicators.
Now i really hope they listen and implement such stuff, but the way they ignore creative posts and how they left the "suggestions and feedback" tab for over several months i don't think this one will get their attentions and if it does, a small read and that's it, it's probably almost impossible to get them to note an idea for later use when currently everyone is about battle pass and balance, but i honestly hope this one goes through
