The NY thing was announced a year ago and I bought the gold edition thinking I'll eventually go to NY with it, and now they are saying that I have to pay again?
    Hey there!

Episode 3 - Coney Island: The Hunt will be available today February 12th to Year 1 Pass Holders and February 19th for all players

There is absolutely nothing I can do currently, in comparison to people who paid these 30 EUR less for a regular edition of the game.
At this moment (I mean right after the TU7 update is finished and the servers accessible again) you will be able to do:
8 Classified assignments (technically 8 missions)
Pick ANY of the specializations and just go hunting in DC.

The people who have NOT bought the Year 1 pass will still have to wait a week to get their hands on Coney Island. And, if they're good enough, maybe farm their way to unlock the specializations.

So, yeah. As a Year 1 pass holder you have access to a bit more content than you think.

And NO, I'm not defending Ubisoft. But at this moment you're simply not looking at all the information available.

The first season pass should have come with the purchase of the Warlords of New York Expansion. Other seasonal battle passes should require a separate purchase.

When I bought Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, Season of Undying Battle pass was free for everyone that bought Shadowkeep.

I bought standard Destiny 2 on 2018 then left it after completing everything. Now I have 3 expansions for free, Forsaken and I'm planning on buying Shadowkeep. It's okay to charge for expansions, just don't treat your customers like idiots

Only reason I agree is because they baited and switched on the year 1 pass. Earlier early access was given to pts players...the stash space fiasco...the year 1 pass was a joke if we’re being honest.

From what I saw revealed, I don’t mind paying the 30 bucks to play WoNY. But it’s still not addressing PVP significantly enough. PVE getting the bulk of the content while PVP keeps getting crumbs.

    I enjoy both.

Will I buy it? Yeah but they need to start addressing the part of their player base they keep alienating.

Yes, they said quite clearly that there will be DZ-only exotics.

Really? releasing Episode 3 - Coney Island less than a month before Warlords of New York expansion is due, will surely upset the season 1 pass owners along with any gold or ultimate owners. Bad timing for Division 2 gamers or good strategic timing from a business point of view? either way i will buy the so called expansion but still feel let down as a die hard season pass owner from day 1.

Wait till you all sheeps buy a car with 2 years free servicing, only for the company to succesfully postpone your service checks for 2 years and ask you to pay for it.

    Same case here.
