    It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to go onto accounts, especially during busier periods.
    If you still haven't received the game after 24 hours, can you please contact our support team so we can look deeper in to this.
    When you create the case, please upload a fullscreen uncropped screenshot showing your email receipt from the purchase.
