    @Dragoneyes , Thanks , it does actually show there. It's just odd because I have pre ordered from them before and never had it not show on account or on the game display.

    @Ceekay - Yes I did receive an order number , though I couldn't start a ticket as the support site seems to be down. Every time i tried it just said error and try again later. I thought maybe it was my PC but then I tried on a 2nd one and that one wouldn't even let me log into my account much less get to support. Contacting Pay Pal would have been my final option, though I would have waited a couple days. I was just trying to find out if anyone else was having this issue. Thank you for taking the time to post and for your advice. It is much appreciated.

    Hey there Gilcroix!

    Did the order appear in your history after waiting a few hours?
    If you are getting an error when trying to open a ticket through this link, would you be able to try opening from another browser?

    I'm moving this thread to Player Support. Please let us know if you're still unable to contact support through the website

    @UbiBlush, thank you for replying. Since I managed to find it on Uplay. I'm probably ok. I did try to click the link you gave and it took a long time to come up and then told me my location didn't match my IP and asked if I'd like to change it. I clicked yes and am hoping that was the problem I was having , as far as contacting support.

    I got the confirmation email for Warlords, but also get the "You have never ordered" message, even though I have both games and the year 1 pass.

    I opened a ticket because my purchase doesn't show up on my account although I have received a confirmation email. The problem in my case is (I think) because my order history only shows purchases under my "legacy" username and that is the username Ubisoft used on my confirmation email.

    After a brief chat with Ubisoft support, it turns out orders through the game launcher don't appear in the web site version.

    They've confirmed my order worked, and now I need to wait till March for it to appear in the DLC.

    so i know i had nothing to do with this thread but thanks all the same, I was freaking when the site said I hadn't ordered, had to switch from us to ca, so simple yet caused me so much anxiety, so thank you for your fix
