Hello, I finally got the game again and upon starting it I get this ubisoft servers lost code: 7-00000004 notification and in the background I get another notification saying connection failed.. code: 2-00002911. I need major help, I already tried using a new ubisoft account to enter the game as I thought that would be the problem but no.. what do I do?

This is a connection related issue so you will need to complete connectivity troubleshooting for your platform please:

PC
Xbox One
PS4

I had it too, but only on for honor i cant connect to the server. any other ubisoft game (R6, The Crew 2, Division 2) it's fine, no connection issues. I'am on PS4.

Can you go through the steps in this link, especially the part about port forwarding.
