    NPC's getting stuck in the environment and stopping progress

    This has happened numerous times the last few days and it's really annoying as you just have to leave your group and matchmake for another instance. I managed to capture two locations and instances.

    Instance 1

    Bounty for Clifford "Flats" Bart
    Bounty for Bella "Master" Cormac
    They basically got stuck behind the regular mobs exiting the door, then it closed and they were unable to escape. Tried shooting doors, turrets, grenades etc. People left and rejoined group and nothing unstuck them. Had to abandon the bounty.

    Instance 2

    Tidal Basin, in the large area with the three laser guided guns and overlook
    Had killed all mobs in the area after gaining access to the control room. Radar was still flashing red so we went back and there was no one about. Shot that container and saw the little 'alert' sign when enemies notice you for the first time then it just disappeared. Was unable to progress and needed to reset and matchmake to a new instance

    Happened on two occassions again today. The first was the exact same location as number 1 above, but a different bounty - you can actually get a grenade in through the open window to proceed.

    The second was in the Viewport museum mission, just stuck in a random side room

    Happened again tonight, this time in Camp White Oak with a warhound, luckily enough I was able to shoot through the door and progress

    Another example tonight. In the Lincoln memorial mission, in the kill house section. Was able to advance by flame throwing through the environment

    I've encountered this too, it's a pain. Especially doing the level 4 Red Dragon control point. You got me effed up if you think I'm gonna kill myself and redo it. But, I've found out that depending on where they're stuck at in the wall you can use the fire grenades or the oxidizer chem launcher to kill them with the aoe. I've read you used the flamethrower but with the grenades/chem launcher you can see the red outlining of the enemy. I favor using the chem launcher though because then I don't necessarily have to change my full load out, just kill everyone else, equip chem launcher, kill the nuisance, unequip, bam everything back to normal.

    Another one for The Pentagon mission in the large areas. This one did stop progress. We managed to kill one through the wall with chem launcher and flame, but the second one retreated far into the back of the geometry and we were unable to kill them.
