When is ubisoft doing anything against cheaters?

I know it's a longshot but PVP has a lot of cheaters.
Naming and shamming is nog alowed but the report button is not working.

Today i had a upclose and personal and hitted him 3 times in the head and he walked away.

    So Ubisoft..... When......

    Sounds like godmode hacktool.

Something they cannot fix. Or they have to rewrite the whole game.

So automatically that person must be cheating. Really ?! You must be new to online PvP games.

In any other games 99.9% yes.

In Breakpoint... server issue most likely.
Non realistic dmg model where HS is not IK doesnt help here either...

And the only justification for not having realistic dmg model is: but then who shoots first wins! And we dont want that in Ghost Recon

No you are right, but I was giving comment on the replay of atlass.
When I looked with other people of the team he got hit several times but walked away...
