I am having a difficult time. I started downloading the new update and my download is stuck in the 90%. I have an internet connection but it is not downloading.

Are you installing the game from Uplay PC? If so, can you please ensure to run the client with administrator rights, and complete our connectivity troubleshooting for it?

Can you also tell me who your ISP (Internet Service Provider) are, and where you are located?
