I'm not arguing with you there. I'm aware of their business practices and how they earn extra money through microtransactions and time savers. They do take advantage over incentives but I don't let those outweigh the game itself. I don't let it stop me from playing their games and I focus on games through its merits. I let the game determine whether or not I find the it fun, challenging, engaging and impressive with their work through details. I just ignore microtransactions and just play the games like I always have since the 2000s and 1990s.

Ah I see Krayzee. You understand but have no moral stance on the decadence of the gaming industry. And of course even if you had a moral stance you certainly wouldn't complain about the profiteering or should I say complete rip off of having to have microtransactions. I bet when they start adding in adverts every 20 mins of play in every game you wont have anything negative to say about that in case you upset someone? If Devs got only praise for their games then their would be zero progress and feedback doesn't have to be constructive to improve a game. If anyone made a level and someone says it's **** then that's good feedback to hear because you know something is wrong with it.

I have no moral stance? Of course I have a moral stance. If I know I made something that is well balanced, well made and well designed and people who also design maps say the same thing, then I know I did something good. If someone who never made a map only cares about themselves winning and never cared about balance, never cared about anything, who only played your map for only one minute say only one word doesn't have a worthy opinion. Saying only one word to criticize without bothering to explain why is not good feedback. Even if you do explain why, your explanation better be worth reading otherwise your opinion is worthless and is not something that should be taken into consideration. At the point, you're just being ridiculous.

Back in the 2000s, there are business practice worth noting. Halo 2 is probably the first game to popularize paid DLC. Their first DLC was free. Their second DLC is $4.99 and this marks the beginning of paid DLC. Before Halo 2, you would have game companies such as EA publishing too many expansion packs. MMORPGs are notorious for subscription services and paid 2x XP for leveling up. Activision have always been notorious for releasing games annually. Activision is also the first company to make season passes cost up to $50 and EA followed suit until they stopped doing it with Battlefield V. Microtransactions is nothing new. I stand by my views by not spending money on them. I also don't let DLCs and microtransactions to outweigh the games themselves and at the same time I try to enjoy things without worrying myself too much by trying to blow things out of proportion. I even forgot to mention it is definitely worth noting if game developers add product placements. Easter eggs are one thing, but product placement is another that is likely to be frowned upon. Still, I don't let these business practices stopping me from enjoying the games I bought.

I am not downsizing complaints. If you're going to complain, don't let your passionate desires turn into excessive toxicity. It doesn't help and it will backfire against gamers. There are times justification are correct. After the complaints of Splinter Cell Conviction and Splinter Cell Blacklist's E3 presentation lead to what we have now for Splinter Cell Blacklist. We have a game that brought a different take of Spies vs Mercs and non lethal takedowns for stealth gameplay. What backfired is that we are all waiting for at least long 7 years for a sequel. Gamers had genuine complaints about Left 4 Dead 2 being released a year after Left 4 Dead 1 back then. What backfired is that we don't have a Left 4 Dead 3 for nearly 11 years or Half Life 3 for nearly 13 years. That's more than a whole decade. We finally get what we have for Far Cry 5 after 12 long years but it's going to be awful if user complaints backfires again for another 10 years or so. I don't want to wait until I become a senior citizen to finally get what we have always wanted. This is what happens when gamers have gone overboard. They don't realize or even care what they are trying to sabotage. This doesn't even apply just to games as well, this even applies to other media such as movies and TV shows.

For the most part, it doesn't matter to me where Far Cry 6 will take place. As long as they just return to their development roots and actually build upon it, then it'll be fine for me.
