I completed both "A Storm is Coming" and "Clear Sky", both Warfare missions and all of the Interception missions given by Rasa. I did all of it solo. Rasa had no more missions left for me. I would visit her and all she offered was general dialogue options concerning the Terminators. I'm somehow short the reward items for 19, 20, and 21 (AR-18 Blueprints, T-800 Left Arm Tattoo, and RT-5 Shepherd Mk II | Terminator.

On the last day of the event, February 6th, I understood I wasn't going to have a way to advance my Live Event Pass any further, so I tried to enter matchmaking in hopes of finding someone who still had the Terminator event so I could progress in this way. Choices for matchmaking do not have an option specifically for Event. Therefore, I used the option "Faction Effort" in hopes Battle Rewards would be interpreted as those from the Terminator event. I did several Terminator Interception missions with others to completion. (During one of the missions, one of the T-800s got stuck inside a room in a Skell Tech building where you do not have access to open the door. We were able to still shoot and kill it through the wall, but clearly unable to enter the room to loot anything). I must have killed at least 8 Terminators by just jumping into others' sessions in their game worlds to do the dailies with random squads. Regardless, none of the extra Terminator missions moved my Tier progression at all. It stayed stuck at 5 / 65. My Battle Pass did level up, I saw it happening on the screen but it never affected my Live Event Pass. Also even during the day, when I looked at the Terminator Live Event page, it said 0 Days remaining even when the event was still active on February 6th down to the last hours. I don't know if this has anything to do with why this happened but I'm adding it in case.

I even visited Erewhon to ask around publicly to anyone who would listen and was met with responses which were both sympathetic and rude such as "cool story, bro". Also while visiting Erewhon while in someone else's game session where the event was still active in their world, I was able to interact with Rasa and actually take Terminator interception missions, whereas in my own game I could not.


With the final hours of the Terminator live event ticking I joined even more co-op missions out of desperation and when the event finally ended at about 3 am CST, I still only reached Tier 18 of 21, still stuck at 5 / 65.

I reached out to Ubisoft support and filed a ticket and attempted a live chat while the event was taking place. I provided screenshots of my stuck Tier 18 progression, Rasa having no conversation options, etc. I received a reply in my email today and it has me even more upset:

Thank you for reaching back out to us about this. Regretfully we do not have the ability to provide the rewards for reaching those tiers. Please be aware that we have forwarded the information to the development team, and they are in the process of investigating the issue.

Until this issue is addressed by the development team, there is no additional troubleshooting that we can provide. We do not receive any information pertaining to possible patches until they are released and have no further information in that regard.

So since nothing can be done at the current time, I am left helpless and can only post here on the forum as I was encouraged to do when discussing this in the live chat. I don't have any hopes concerning the outcome of this despite how unfair it is that everyone else who actively participated in the event got to their final Tier 21 just fine. I can't be an isolated case here, right? I am not trying to scam or be compensated for something I didn't do either. I was very vocal in any co-op chat about how I was stuck at Tier 18 and needed to join their dailies to try to get my progression, None of it worked, I don't see how difficult it would be to reward me the AR-18 Blueprints which is a new special weapon introduced just for this event, Now I am deprived of it and the other two rewards. I have no control over this. I don't think I am asking for a lot here. It's not as if I just started the event on the last day and am begging to be given rewards I didn't earn. I just don't know what to do now. I don't even know if this post is going to accomplish anything. I need answers.
