    For Honor Y4S1 Battle Pass not working with XBOX One Family Sharing accounts

    Hi,

    We have Family sharing enabled on our XBox One with me having the main account and my 2 kids as part of my family.

    Whenever we purchase Year Passes or DLCs or add-ons using my main account, these automatically work on all of the members of our family on the XBox. A few hours ago, we bought the For Honor Y4S1 Battle Pass and it works on my account (even if I don't actually play the game), but surprisingly it is not enabled on my kids account that share the XBox with me as I mentioned above.

    I'm hoping that this is just a glitch that Ubisoft can resolve as soon as possible.

    I have the same problem

    I bought the battle pass from my phone, and it says I purchased it, but when I access the game, it won't let me access the paid stuff. Please fix this UbiSoft.

    Sorry for our delay in responding JarodCharles.
    Regretfully Battle Passes are not able to be shared to other accounts using family sharing.

    Hey ElitePrior.
    Are you still having issues with your battle pass?
    Can you set up a case on our support site and upload a screenshot of your purchase from the Microsoft Account site (Please do this from a desktop or laptop as opposed to a mobile device.
    When you have the order pulled up, please click your username in the top-right corner of the page so that the username and email are displayed.

    When you've done this, please let us know your case number

    I have a similar problem. My brother and I share game libraries and he bought the battle pass.

    Now whenever I try to buy the pass I can’t, as the store thinks I own it. But the game won’t give me access to the tiers because I haven’t bought it! It’s really infuriating and can surely be fixed?

    Hey HL706,

    The Battle Pass is not shareable content (and as such, this is not an issue that requires fixing), so I'm afraid you will not be able to share it from your brother. One suggestion from my side may be to stop gamesharing temporarily, and test whether you are able to make your own purchase if you would like to, and then reshare your content if it is successful that way.

    If that does not work, please submit a support case to us and attach an image showing that you are unable to purchase the Battle Pass, and quote any error messages you encounter during the process for us to investigate this further.
