They can still give Shinobi players a candy before the rework. At this point, it is just laughable how badly they treat Shinobi mains. For Honor is already dying and they are driving players away from the game all by themself as if they want them to move on to the next Assassin's Creed.
Word on what? Those interns haven't said anything like: ''While we realize these adjustments may seem harsh, be assured adequate compensation is being prepared'' in 3 years, why start with Shinobi? He has lost so much tech it's kind of ridiculous.
They're probably planning on reworking him, which is why his damage numbers are untouched. Leaving an overnerfed hero with bare minimum tools that just so happen to be broken or overtuned until they rework him/her is becoming a staple of their work policy. All that's left is waiting like... a year.
Valoredramack probably loved this patch.
I'm also in the same boat as you lot, going season by season with the only compensation being an able to faint your zone. I can barely do a 1 on 1 fight it's like I have predict everything my opponent does and be an almighty god on top of that. They have to throw three moves two heavy's and a light. dumb old question of mine why is the heavy on shinobi so oddly slow? just needed to rant for a sec i'm a lurker.
i don't recall ever being promised a shinobi buff. Just a cent buffOriginally Posted by GET_5HREKT Go to original post

Any additional nerfs to the Shinobi at this point makes no difference to me because I don't even play the game anymore. The only reason why I even check the forums is because I gave myself a deadline to uninstall For Honor if the Shinobi doesn't receive a rework or acceptable fix by Spring 2020.
It's already been 6 months since Patch 2.11 ruined the game for me, so if the Shinobi has not been improved my March 19th (first day of Spring) , then I am simply going to uninstall For Honor entirely and join the list of people who leave detailed negative reviews for this game.
I invested a significant amount of time and money in For Honor since it was first released, so I don't think it's too much to ask for them to simply fix the mess they made with the Shinobi.
This hero is obviously in a terrible state and everyone knows this; they have been neglecting to do anything about it for over half-a-year so as a consumer I feel completely ripped off for spending money on massive amounts of steel and cosmetics for the Shinobi and then getting screwed over with unreasonable and excessive nerfs.
I am disgusted by the fact that Ubisoft has managed the Shinobi in a piss poor way like a bunch of amateurs with no consideration as to how their decisions impact their playerbase and their paying customers.
