    Mercy "executions"

In accordance with the theme, what if you would design some finishers for all characters where they do not actually kill or maim their victim, just knock them out, capture them or make them surrender?

    Examples:

The warden holds his/her sword to the throat of the victim, who raises his/her hands, then places them on the back of the head and kneels down. Two minions appaer, who bind and take the opponent away.

The Shaman pounces on the target, knocking them down. After a brief moment, she does not bite, only headbutts the target unconscious.

The Shinobi wraps his/her chains around the target, who can not move, and falls to the ground. The shinobi pulls out wew ones.

The Shaolin start his spiritual stance bs which he does in his DBZ executions. Four spiritshaolins appaer, restraint the target, and keep him/her down.

The idea in itself is not bad. It's just that the point of the big finisher move is an execution and we are supposed to be fighting each other in a world that has known war for a millennia. It's hard to justify peaceful takedowns with that in mind.

With that said I wouldnt mind more executions that were more straight forward and humane, as opposed to the flashy ones we have so many of.

Yea, non death finshers would be out of place even if we get a season of "peace"

Personly i would like more quicker and cleaner executions. Last wave was again more or less only super slow finishers that are unable to be used in breach.

Quick and clean is nice. Their neednt be hella lot of blood and showing off etc., a smooth move that corresponds to the style of the hero and just finishes the fight, And it doesn't even have to clearly be deadly; a clear thrust into the heart, a swift turn of the blade and already pulling it out could be enough .. though for an execution maybe a bit boring, dunno. But Orochi and Kensei do have a few smooth and swift ones I really do like, there could be more like it.

Give every hero a new, fastest execution. As you said, Ken and Oro each have a nice, 4 to 5 second execution. Thats from startup to ready position. The execution happens at around 2-3 seconds.

I thought they already had a type of "honorable death" executions. Like the one where the warden bows his head in prayer after impaling the enemy.

Or warlord who closes the victim's eyes and put his hand on the shoulder of the dead body

Yeah exactly, I thought each hero got one that was similar in style.

I wouldn't mind capture or knockout executions as a complete change of pace. It would tie in to the whole "peace" motif they want to go for this Season.

I wonder if there would be some heroes that would be antagonistic towards mercy, capturing or knocking out the enemy. You know the real killers.

Would it be fair to say that it would be:

    Conqueror
    Black Prior
    Hitokiri

    Am I missing someone?
