Since an hour ago I learned I got banned from the game for CHEATING (!). I never cheated nor were I intended to do so, but someone decided I'm not fit to ride anymore. I Don't know the reasons as I was always legit and I continued to do so until this odd ban situation.

In case Ubi, and whoever has the power, decides not to unban me, this is my final farewell to my friend riders. I achieved much and EARNED my LB positions, alongside all them rewards I have (had) under my rider profile.

It's odd not to be able to ride anymore, and I am anguished about this whole situation.

I still hope for the better and to be able to compete again as I did nothing wrong and never cheated the game.

If not so, then farewell riders and see you in the next life.

you know, if this kind of stuff happens you should probably contact support before making a bunch of dramatic posts on the forums.

The devs couldn't care less about what happens here, the only way to reach someone that can help you is support.

Already wrote to all their support channels, so it's up to them. My post here is what it is, and I'm not bragging about it. I'm just saying potential goodbye to whoever still knows me from the beginning of the game,while stating why I'm doing so.

I was also accused of hacking and banned about a week ago. I started a support ticket....what a joke. I have been playing for years and have no interest in hacking games. Considering all of the other bugs in this game it looks like I stumbled into another one.

Installing the game on the sd card of your device is not aloud anymore, maybe that's the problem. But they have no problem with this guy posting this morbid pictures here and the 2 first places "riders" on bunker! Shame on you Ubi/Redlinx!

Thanks for the reply but my device doesn't have an sd card....just internal storage. Besides that I can't remember the last time I had to reinstall this but it has been awhile. All I did was start the game to play and I'm called a dweeb. I tried reinstalling after that because there was nothing else to do....but got the same message after completing login.

Hey man, saw it, black background... But I'm back in, so are a dozen other banned veterans too. We had great support in the FB group so thanks to fellow riders and also some RL devs we all got unbanned, after some 9 to 10 days. Ubi support could not do anything for us via support tickets though... Shame on the system...
