There are so many questions that aren't being answered. We need an proper Q/A. Right now there is NO dialogue between the community and the devs.

I am beginning to experience that a lot lately and I don't think it is on UBI's servers due to the fact that other players in the same match were having normal animation speeds. There is a well non exploit in PC (which I am not going to explain obviously, we don't need more people abusing this) were you can manipulate your connection and produce such effect. Don't get me wrong, I am not defending anyone here as UBI should take some action against this. The only thing you can do here (sadly) is to report them for cheating.

Almost every game I am in I see lag switching. It's a known problem and Ubi seems unable or unwilling to address it.
