No-one wants to have to wait for over half a year for changes to be made. You seem to have no trouble making hero nerfs, but when it comes to actually making good balance changes you just drag your heels as much as possible. How long have we been waiting for the cent changes? When are we going to get information on shinobi. What is the point of saying you "listen to the community" when all we hear from you is silence?

I agree. I don't see how hard it is to make basic changes to a character like cent... changes like being able to feint the zone, punch and unblockable. Those changes should've been already here now. I wouldn't have cared if they released them bits by bits, it's better than having nothing at all. As for Shinobi, I want his back flip deleted from the kit, and give him back hyper armor on the kick.

The kick is super easy to dodge, but it was always unpunishable because of the BACK FLIP. If you take out the back flip, it all balances out. You dodge his kick, you GB him and land your punish. Or Dodge bash/Dodge attack to punish. He won't be able to trade as much as you think if he has no back flip.
