Some feedback after a break away

Took a break for some months because of personal stuff and that Div2 bored me in minutes back then.
On my return I played White Oak and the Zoo

The following are what I noticed with the zoo and white oak and the changes I noticed, again, since I took a break.

    The Good
The game feels and plays a lot less annoying than it did before.
Both Zoo and white oak missions had better flow than most the other missions, but this could be because of otehr changes to the game.

    The Bad
The missions better than some of the other missions but still they were boring.
The immersion/believable of the dialogue of the characters is still really bad.
The AI feels smoother (easier to read their actions) but are way more dumb.
The Zoo is just moving from area to area, kill the dudes.
The end of Zoo and white oak should end with the player climbing a rope ladder into the helicopter and not ending on the floating grey textbox.
Way to much loot dropping. Thought this woulds have been fixed by now. Less good loot beats loots of terrible loot.
Mission markers can still jump around and take you backwards.
Invincible bosses (I really hate bosses that do this, even in destiny)

    Other notes
Still feels like an immense lack of cosmetic drops
Still have to see through the terrible shaky slot machine effects of the loot boxes when you get a key to open them. The cosmetics still seem to suck.
Not sure if it's my mouse but my nemesis randomly shoots a bullet sometimes?
Big hammer guy hots you even when he shouldn't (fairly common for me)
Had some stutters where my FPS dropped to less than 10FPS sometimes. I usually run High graphics with a constant 60 FPS
    Inventory is still a pain.

Overall, the Zoo and Whiteoak are inline with the other missions; pretty boring as missions. No innovation on mission design, objectives, combat engagements, mechanics, boss design, etc. They just look different. But the game does feel smoother than when I last seriously played.

    ==========Update========
    Played Pentagon and DARPA

The Pentagon and DARPA were meh, but had some good concepts. (4.5/10)

It seems with each new batch of missions coming out, they do get more interesting, but the rate of improvement of how interesting/fun the missions are is slow.

    Pentagon
    • The Drill area could have been more interesting. Kill little dudes and hold F twice sums up this area.
    • The area where the black tusk activate EMPs to stop you accessing data is the most intelligent thing I've seen anyone in the Division 2 ever do. However, the area itself was like most before and after it.
    • In the Pentagon, the huge drone flying around pestering you was interesting. It felt like there were 2 threats, the regular grunts and this more potent drone enemy.

    DARPA
    • The area where the assault drones continually come out is kool. It didn't feel good fighting them, more annoying but the idea is solid.
    • In DARPA when you had to walk along the bioreactor, the game made it feel like you had to rush but I quickly found out I could take all the time in the world. This would have been a kool run and gun section to keep up with the reactor and maybe open or shut gates before it crashes or does down a wrong path.

Overall, the new missions are better than the older ones but still very comparable.
A kool area like the DARPA research labs I image would have interesting mechanics and or mission objectives. Some neutral captured scientists analysing the bioreactor could have been interesting to see.
My opinion is that mission design, encounters, mechanics, etc in the Division 2 missions are very weak. It's like Massive are scared to make missions with any complexity or any major differentiating feeling to them, except the visuals and story.
Most missions in the Division 2 feel long drawn out and very berry simple

Check out the last SOTG, there are some major changes coming that will remedy some of what you have mentioned.

Yea I saw the latest SotG.
I'm not sure why some of it hasn't happened yet. Like inventory has been an issue for me since the game launched 10-11 months ago.
