Since it's a current hot topic amongst the community. I won't comment my personal opinion on the current situation. Rather i'd like to give a proposal to the devs. I understand that making new armor is very difficult. I also understand that people get tired of looking at the same thing constantly. And even if a very nice updated look is presented it might not be different enough for some people. So my solution is to sort of make a middle ground.
I propose we overhaul the current armor system to make it a more robust system. Why not let us break apart current armors into more pieces? I.E instead of just arms, head, and chest..we get shoulders, fore arms, chest, accessory (i.e capes scarves and the like,) pants, legs, and accessory 2 (i.e waist related garb/cloth.) In addition to this why not make ornaments selectable for all heros on either arms or head? And allow us to choose wether we want 1 or both arms having the ornament?
I realize this would be a massive undertaking considering the current amount of existing armors and future armors lined up for this year. But I truly think this will help in the long run. People will be able to personalize their favorite hero even more this way.
