Black Tusk Invasion is a WASTE!!!

So what if there was a point behind the Black Tusk Invasion. What if every mission had a black tusk key box. Maybe call it an Invasion Key. You collect these keys throughout the invasion to get a chance to open a Black Tusk Crate (like in the Raid), once you defeat Wyvern in Tidal Basin, for a chance at an exotic weapon and gear pieces.

Or what if it was like a global event and instead of GE creds you actual received BT (Black Tusk) Credits (BTC) based on the difficulty of the mission. For example 5,000 BT’s for Hard, 10,000 BT’s for Challenging etc. You introduce a new Vendor at the White House (West Wing) which is a Black Tusk defector who has a supply of black market caches that you can ONLY buy with BTC. You could buy the following caches: Named Item Cache (1 Random Named Item) 100,000 BTC, Random Gear Set (GS) Cache (1 Random GS) 150,000 BTC, Hardwired Cache, True Patriot Cache etc. (1 Random GS piece of the chosen GS type) 200,000 BTC.

Now that would be worth my time. I would grind the **** out of that invasion every week. What say you fellow agents? What say you?

I don't see the need for a new in-game currency or caches that provide you with the same junk that you can find at any corner in the open world. As for the invasion it does feel like a total waist of time unless you like to play these missions every week. And rewards are that you clean up the Black Tusk from the streets of DC which makes if even more boring then it is already. Did clear the invasion once, not doing it again, only one or two missions for getting some spec points when I feel like it.

Personally I am ready for the option to turn the invasion off.

Nooooooooooo....Invaded areas has more targeted loot, it's why i never complete the invasion, really don't think this is intentional though as i can't imagine many people completing the invaded missions.

Non invaded areas suck for targeted loot and missions suck even more for targeted loot......

They seriously need to have a look at the targeted loot in missions, they are a waste of pixels apart from Lincoln Memorial

Intersting. Would you make the loot general stuff that you can get elsewhere, or should that loot be Blusk Tusk themed / exclusive? If it's the former, that might be a problem, because that could translate to be a giant waste of time. Carrots, pls.
