Mic not working in Oculus Quest for Star Trek Bridge Crew

The Mic on my Oculus Quest will not work and therefore I can’t play the game. It works for chat so I know it’s not the mic...only this game. I have verified that the mic is on...

Issues when using mic outside the game

    Hi,

I found out that when the mic is used outside the context of the Star Trek Bridge Crew game it doesn't work.

That means, when you are casting, or linked to a voice chat, etc in the Oculus the mic is not available in the game and no warning is showned

hevo4ever: To confirm, you're having an issue where you can't use your mic for the game and another program at the same time?

Oculus Quest not working for voice commands

As above. Tried everything but cant get voice commands to work in solo or multiplayer.
Try pressing the command button and saying command, tried without pressing the command button, nada, nothing, zilch.... one of the reasons I bought the game too.
    Not impressed UBI!!

Issues with voice commadns on Star Trek Crew Bridge

I have an issue with Star Trek Crew Bridge Voice Commands. I have searched for an answer elsewhere but nothing has solved my problem.

I am playing the game on my Oculus Quest, I am pressing and holding the right button (A) and nothing happens.

It's not that the voice commands but rather I cannot even get to prompt the speaker Icon between Helm and Tactical in order to get my voice or any sound for that matter recorded through my microphone which, before you ask, I have checked and works.

It is really frustrating as I bought the game precisely for this feature...

Can you advise on how to solve this issue¿?

I have the same problem as aecio89. My mic works just perfectly in all chats, when in multiplayer mode in Star Trek. But it's not possible to use the voice commands. If they have been removed from the game it would be nice if the players are made aware of this. In the options menu there is a notice that the voice commands only works in English. But still it doesn't seem to work in single player mode. I have tried to push and hold down all the different buttons on the controller. But nope, doesn't work.

    Hi,

Just a question; How am I supposed to troubleshoot (I'm having trouble with the sound or mic when using Oculus Link) if I am not using Oculus link ?
