So I have always used the Hodgson Bivouac as a good location to reproduce the bug. Got into the game and started my tested. fast traveled to the Hodgson Bivouac, started to setup the Bivouac and the game crashed. No error message just crashed. Next went to a lower land Bivouac and had no issues, grabbed a chopper and took off. Everything seemed to be going okay until I got within 1 KM of Hodgson and the game crashed again. Tried the Uplay reinstall fix, tried the game reinstall, tried file verification always a crash .
System is a Ryzen 3800X
16GB DDR4 3200
Radeon 5700 XT with 20.1.4 drivers installed after a DDU of the system.
Windows has all the latest updates installed.
No software in the background, only Uplay and Breakpoint.
Ubisoft we have given you almost 3 months to fix this, you told us it was fixed and yet the bug remains. At this point we need to start discussing refund.

I have a Ryzen 3900X, 32GB DDR4-3200, a Sapphire RX 5700 XT with AMD drivers 20.1.1 on Win 10 Pro, dual 4K monitors (one AOC, one Samsung. Am playing on the Samsung because of Radeon Freesync). Running at 2560x1440, also in game. CPU max temp is 48C, GPU max temp 74C.
Just been playing in the snow for over an hour, killing the last three Behemoths there.
Before that I had already flown around for an hour with a helicopter. Okay, the first two start-ups after the update I did have problems. Once a MOUNTAIN error that dropped me to the login screen, once severe flickering on both my monitors which required a reboot of the system. Right after the reboot I had the launcher verify the game files and since that time I haven't had a problem.
So they tried to fix but couldn't do in many cases. Also the patch brought many new bugsWhat a surprise!
However we can play tomorrow the terminator event! And with new content! Well, if we can. Or not.
John, thanks for the try, so I don't need to do. I won't launch this game for a while. If we have to wait for months again I will try refund and if they would'nt do that I'll try to some other legal steps. This mess is unbelievable and unberable. And they still sell the game.
