    Unique feats for each character

    I think that the power difference in the feats of Harbringers is very clear once we place them beside original heroes. I propose a suggestion for that from the readers.

    1. Grab your main.
    2. Delete the worst feats from each 4 tiers.
    3. Create a unique feat for all 4, supporting the hero's playstyle (of course, with out being broken).




    Here is my example:

    Peacekeeper

    Removed:
    1. Conqueror
    2. Fiat Lux
    3. Pugno Mortis
    4. Catapult


    Added:
    1. Throwing Knife (60 seconds cooldown). Projectile that deals 6 bleed damage on connect. If the opponent is bleeding, it deals 10 direct damage+instantly confirms all bleed.
    2. Bloodward (Passive). Every 2 damage dealt by your bleed restores 1 HP.
    3. Fragmentation grenade (90 seconds cooldown). Throws a bomb on an the area, dealing 2 direct and 20 bleed damage for everyone caught in it.
    4. Bloodmark (Active, 120 second cooldown). Marks the target for 20 seconds. All bleed damage deals double damage and prevents the usage of healing feats on the target.

    Here are my ideas.

    Lawbringer


    Removed

    Tier 1 : Harsh Judgement
    Tier 2 : Fiat Lux
    Tier 3 : Second Wind
    Tier 4 : Regenerate



    Added

    1. Bandage (30 seconds cooldown) Strap on a bandage healing for 15 and 15 over 5 seconds, that starts to hang loosely as you move around.

    2. Bronze Bulwark (Passive) Each attack grants you 4 shield with the exception of light attacks, parrying grants you 5 per parry and blocking grants you 3, shield decays 1 by 1

    3. Hardened (Passive) Increases your max health by 30 while also increasing healing taken from your OWN feats by 50%(22.5 + 22.5 [45]

    4. Option 1 Golden Heart (Passive) While below 50% health, your heart start beating (making your body transparent for a second, while the heart is visible sending golden shockwaves through your body), slowly granting you 2% revenge every 1 second. and generating shield 1/250ms

    While Golden Heart is active, all bleeds are 50% slower and direct damage is reduced by 20%
    Once you eventually get revenge, heal for the amount of shield gained before hand.

    4. Option 2 Crusader Wings (300 second cooldown) Holy energy starts engulfing you, rising you then exploding, releasing all the energy, healing teammates for 30 around you and 50 for yourself, also granting you 80 shield and damage bonus equal to 15% or if higher, revenge%/2 (50% revenge = 25% damage done)
    Drains all revenge left.



    Raider

    Removed

    Tier 1 : Tireless
    Tier 2 : Inspire
    Tier 3 : Fury
    Tier 4 : Slippery



    Added

    1. Piercing Howl (40 second cooldown) Increases damage taken by every enemy around you on a 6 meter radius by 10% while making them unable to sprint, deals 5 damage and causes heavy stagger - Lasts 10 seconds.

    2. Vital Flask (30 second cooldown) Drink from a flask, regaining 15 health and 10 over 2 seconds, plus 40 stamina and 40 over 8 seconds while also increasing your damage dealt by 20% for 10 seconds(Making your hands glow with that blue fire)

    3. Flame Leash (40 second cooldown | 2 charges) Throw a flaming leash at your enemy, dealing 10 damage + 20 over 5 seconds, they are locked in place for 900ms.
    Heals you for amount of damage over time dealt, "Flame Leash" can target up to 3 enemies at once

    4. Oil Bomb (120 second cooldown | 4 charges(5 second internal cooldown) Throw an oil bomb, exploding on impact, draining 50 stamina, dealing 5 damage upon impact and covering the enemy in oil for 10 seconds.
    Player covered in oil take 10% increased damage and 100% more from any fire type damage.
